Spot-clean the microfiber print with cool water and diluted mild soap, then blot gently. Do not bleach, machine-wash or tumble-dry the bonded mat. Air-dry fully before rolling, print facing outward.

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the mat must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain authorization and return instructions first.

Returns are sent to France. We cover related return shipping for our errors, damage or defects; change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned within 10 calendar days; bank posting times may vary.
