Where we ship
We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories, international destinations, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping costs and service
All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited service is offered.
Handling and delivery estimates
Free standard shipping to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days from the processing start; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
Cutoff and business days
The order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day. Waiting until that start is additional to the estimated 4–6 business days.
Delivery details
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us if you notice an address issue or a delivery problem. If a shipment is delayed, we will address the available next steps in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
