30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the mat must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain authorization and return instructions first.

Authorized returns go to Teksturism, 50 Route De Cassel, 59114 Steenvoorde, France. This is an international return destination for US customers. Wait for authorization and return instructions before sending your parcel.
Who pays return shipping
If we made an error, or the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, Teksturism covers the related return shipping costs. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem so we can arrange the appropriate resolution. Ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
